League of Legends camera view really hard to deal with please help.?

Well I have just recently started playing league of legends I started today so this means i'm a big time noob and I am having a problem that I am not sure if it's just the game or a setting but when I played the tutorial game everything was fine when I moved and my character walked the camera would follow him and I was fine with that but now in online multiplayer whenever i try to play and I walk the camera doesnt follow my character and this makes it really hard to play I am not sure if this is just a camera setting or if the game is like that but as i'll state again it was follwoing my character in the tutorial so I don't see why it wouldnt now please help!

How do I set up ARMA 2 so vehicles respawn with AI?

I'm trying to set up an ARMA2 multiplayer scenario with an air battle full of AI aircraft on both sides. I can make the aircraft respawn when they die- but when the aircraft are destroyed, they respawn without AI inside, making them rather useless for fighting. Is there a way to rig it so the AI respawns inside?
