Does Brink have any offline multiplayer?

My brother and i have an xbox 360 and we like games like call of duty that have an local multiplayer, and stuff like special ops. And i know that Brink isn't similar at all to call of duty, but is there any game play where we could both play together at the the same time on the same xbox.
