A Non-competetive game?

I am really bored of playing halo and things like that, its all about stats, k/d ratios, camping, weapon whoring, rage quits and so on.. It was fun years ago when everyone played custom games and pissed around instead of being all serious. I am looking for a multiplayer game thats a bit more chilled. can be xbox or pc. dont say minecraft :)
