I can't play any multiplayer flash games, help!?

I was on kongregate and I was gonna play lolcaptions but it couldn't connect to server. So I went to mochigames.com to play counter-snipe, but it didn't load. I then remembered that the chat for Justin.tv wouldn't load either. So I tried a random online pool game, it didn't load!! What does this mean?
