break ups are usually are to get through. but jsut know that you CAN get through it. you’re right distracting yourself is a great way to pass time. go out with some other people.. go out with other friends. create a blog to vent about your feelings if you don’t want to complain to anyone (although i’m sure a lot of people would be glad to help you out:)). go to a bookstore and read some self-help books. go to the beach .. listen to some soothing much take a bubble bath. watch an awesome movie.
