I preorderd BF3, should I also get MW3?

I am a huge fan of both BF:BC2 and CoD: Black Ops right now. I really liked MW2, but from what I've seen graphically MW3 doesn't seem as polished up as BF. I also want to know if anybody knows if in MW3 they changed anything about the multiplayer spawn, because that is the most annoying system at the moment. Just wondering if they plan to rework it a bit.
