Is the ATI Radeon HD 5570 ok for gaming?

I'm talking about cod waw(2008) with the settings all the way on low. Won't be playing multiplayer. This is the highest option on my custom pc so don't tell me to get anything else. Also a AMD Athlon II x2 250 3.0ghz dual core. 4GB RAM. Video card memory is 1GB.
