When can I take my 13 week old boxer lab mix puppy out to the beach and everywhere?

she's 13 weeks today, we are going to get her her second of 3 puppy pack vaccines... now the ppl i got her from told me she had her first set and needed the second 3 days after i got her. so i went, but they gave her the 1st pack again! i dont know if it was her age ( 9 wks at the time) or weight or what so anyway i'm getting round 2 today i know you need to wait a week while it festers in her immune system. but can i take her out next weekend? she plays with my friends dogs and my baby cousins, i have socialized her since the day i got her. but do i need to wait another month untill round three is done and festered ( love that word sorry) it seems like it would be ok, currently she's super healthy energetic lovey dovey little snuggle buddy and i would just hate to see her get ill . will some one who's not just guessing to get some kind of "points" from yahoo please give me some sound advice. p.s. i live in central/ northern california if that is of concern. THANKS EVERYONE! i just want to show her off everywhere i go and i have been not going places because i dont want to leave her in the car or i don't want to carry her all over ( shes almost 20 lbs now lil fatty) i cheated and took her to the beach up north in a desolate area and she just about pooped her proverbial panties. loved it! but the beaches here are designated "dog" beaches which means high traffic a LOT of people in these parts have pooches.
