Xbox live querries help?

Well once you mod for pirated games your Xbox will be auto banned from anything online and you run the risk of being arrested and breaking your Xbox. You can still play original games, but nothing that has to do with internet or XBOX LIVE. I say that its not worth it. The games are cheap and online is the fun part.
